Because our program and materials are delivered immediately and provide instant access to proprietary digital content, we do not offer refunds.
No Refunds
All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once access to materials the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded.
Technical or Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased materials (such as an access error or delivery issue), please contact us at taylor@decidetobesuccessful.com and we’ll ensure you receive access.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a question or concern regarding your purchase, we ask that you contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to submit documentation, including proof of delivery and acceptance of this policy, in response to any dispute.
Legal Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only if required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with payment processor policies. If a purchase was financed through Affirm, any approved refund will be applied to the customer’s Affirm loan, and Affirm will adjust or pause the payment plan once the refund is processed through Stripe.
